Personas
After going through the interviews from the contextual inquiries, we came up with 4 user personas. These personas are a modeling of our target audiences. This also includes an anti-persona, whose actions do not contribute to our business and not an ideal audience for us. The personas include one primary persona, two secondary personas and one anti-persona.
